Why You Might Still Feel Stuck In Life, Even After Doing the Work

You’ve done the work.
The journaling. The vision boards. The affirmations.
You’ve listened to the podcasts, rewritten the limiting beliefs, set the intentions, and said the prayers.

And yet… something still feels stuck.
You’re still in survival mode — barely getting by, watching the breakthroughs pass other people’s way while wondering when it’ll finally be your turn.

Before you assume it’s a mindset issue, take a moment to look somewhere else.
Somewhere unexpected.
Somewhere most people never think to look:

Your plate.

Survival Mode Has a Frequency

Survival mode isn’t just a mental or emotional state. It’s an energetic pattern — a way of being that says:

“There’s not enough. I just need to make it through.”

It’s tight, tense, fearful, and grasping.
It shows up in your body, in your nervous system, in your financial choices, in your relationships — and yes, in your food.

Because food isn’t just physical. It carries energy. And the energy of what you eat becomes the energy your body, mind, and spirit operate from.

Animals Hunt for Survival — Not Joy

In nature, when a predator kills, it doesn’t do so because it enjoys the taste of meat.
It kills because it has to. It’s wired for survival. The moment is urgent. The need is immediate.

There’s no celebration. No alignment. Just adrenaline, fear, and instinct.
That’s the energy embedded in meat: death, urgency, and lack.

Our Ancestors Ate Meat for the Same Reason

Human meat-eating wasn’t born from abundance.
It came from scarcity — from being cold, from failed crops, from famine and survival in harsh environments.

Our ancestors ate meat because they had to.
They hunted in winter. They dried meat to travel. They used it to make it through.
There were no grocery stores. No greenhouses. No indoor gardens.

It was survive or starve.
That was the frequency. That was the agreement.

But here we are, generations later, still eating from that same energetic pattern — even when our reality has changed.

We Can't Desire Peace, But Eat from the Energy of Panic

You can’t call in abundance while eating from the frequency of fear.
You can’t call in ease while feeding your body a vibration born from violence.
You can’t say “I’m ready to thrive” while putting survival-mode energy on your plate every day.

Fish, Meat, and Frequency: Why They Aren’t the Same

It’s important to understand that not all animal proteins carry the same energetic imprint.

While land-based meats like beef and chicken often hold the vibration of urgency and survival—energies rooted in control, struggle, and dominance—fish tends to occupy a different space both spiritually and physically.

In many traditions, fish is connected to the element of water, which governs intuition, emotional fluidity, and spiritual sensitivity. It’s been seen as sacred, even cleansing. Unlike the animals that have been bred, captured, and domesticated for labor and consumption, fish have largely remained wild, moving freely through vast, open waters. This distinction matters. The frequency they carry is less tied to the energy of captivity and more aligned with movement, wisdom, and flow.

From a nutritional standpoint, fish offers what the body often craves during periods of recalibration: lightness, clarity, and stability. Fatty fish like salmon and sardines are rich in omega-3s—nutrients that support brain function, emotional regulation, and reduce inflammation. These compounds nourish without burdening. They provide grounding without pulling you back into the dense, heavy patterns that red meat can sometimes trigger. And they support clarity without disrupting the intuitive connection you’re working so hard to strengthen.

For some, fish becomes a kind of energetic bridge. It provides the body with what it needs to feel nourished and stable, without reintroducing the patterns they’ve consciously stepped away from. It doesn’t anchor you in survival mode. It meets you where you are, and gently supports where you’re trying to go.

A Plate of Plants Is a Plate of Abundance

If survival food feeds the moment, plant food feeds the future.

When you sit down with a plate of beans, fruit, herbs, or vegetables, you’re not just eating nutrients — you’re eating symbols of multiplication. You’re eating from the vibration of more.

  • A single watermelon holds hundreds of seeds
  • One cucumber can grow a dozen more
  • Even the smallest tomato contains enough life to start a whole garden

Every fruit and vegetable you eat came from something that was designed to give again.
That’s not just nature — that’s abundance embodied.

This is the vibration of overflow.
This is how nature shows you what alignment looks like.

A plate of plants isn’t just healthy.
It’s a quiet, sacred reminder: you were never meant to live in lack.

Eating in Alignment

This isn’t about shame.
This isn’t about labeling meat as bad or wrong.
This is about asking yourself, with honesty and compassion:

Am I eating from the energy I’m trying to leave, or the energy I’m ready to live in?

Because when you’re stuck — despite all the inner work — sometimes it’s not a block in your mind.

Sometimes, it's just what you’re still feeding yourself.

Pause for a Moment and Ask Yourself: Am I choosing food that reflects lack, or food that reflects the abundance I say I’m ready for?

A Gentle Challenge

If this article stirred something in you, try this:

For 10 days, eat no meat — and instead choose meals filled with life. Beans, fruits, vegetables, herbs. Let your plate become a reflection of growth, nourishment, and abundance.

Why 10 days?

In numerology, 1 + 0 equals 1— 1 represents new beginnings — and 0 holds the energy of divine potential. So 10 isn’t just a number. It’s a portal. A clean slate. A reset.

You’re not just changing what you eat. You’re aligning with a new version of you — one that no longer agrees with survival.

So as you move through the next 10 days, pay attention:

  • Do your thoughts feel clearer?
  • Does your mood feel lighter?
  • Do you feel more open to receive?

Here’s How to Start:

Copy and paste the prompts below into your phone’s Notes app or journal.
Every day, return to them. Reflect honestly. Track how you feel.
You’re not trying to be perfect — you’re just paying attention.

Daily Guidelines (For 10 Days)

  • Eat only plant-based foods (fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, herbs, nuts, seeds).
  • Drink water intentionally (pause before you sip, set a clear intention).
  • Eliminate meat, fish, dairy, and processed food during this time.
  • Spend at least 5–10 minutes a day in stillness (no phone, no music, just you).
  • Notice what shifts. Don’t force anything. Let the clarity arrive.

Daily Reflection Prompts

At the end of each day, respond to these in your Notes app:

  1. How did I feel physically today? (Tired, energized, light, heavy, clear, foggy?)
  2. What emotions came up that felt different or surprising?
  3. What did I crave, and when? Was it physical or emotional?
  4. Did I notice any signs, synchronicities, or messages today?
  5. What felt easier than usual? What felt blocked?
  6. Did I feel spiritually connected or disconnected? Why?
  7. What will I carry into tomorrow based on how today felt?

Track Your Frequency Data

Each day, add a quick “check-in” summary at the top of your note:

  • Physical Energy: Low, Medium, High
  • Mental Clarity: Foggy, Neutral, Clear
  • Mood: Low, Reactive, Balanced, Elevated
  • Intuition: Distant, Present, Strong
  • Manifestation Flow: Stagnant, Subtle, Signs Arriving, Flowing

After 10 days, scroll back through your notes and look for patterns.
Did your energy shift?
Did your guidance become clearer?
Did certain foods, habits, or thoughts create a noticeable difference?

That’s your data. Let it guide what you do next.

Optional: Reintroduce Slowly (Days 11–14)

If you're curious, you can slowly reintroduce foods like fish, eggs, or dairy one at a time and continue reflecting. Pay attention to how your energy responds.

This journey is not about rules. It's about clarity.
Let your body teach you what aligns.
Let your energy tell the truth.

You don’t need anyone else’s blueprint. Just give yourself 10 days. Listen. Adjust. Trust what you find.

You are your own data source.
You are your own healer.
You are your own alignment.

If something shifts — and it very well might — I’d love to hear about it.
